"Peace and Trust – The Foundation of Neutrality"
When our
Honorable President, Hero Arkadagly Serdar, and the National Leader of the
Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, address the countries and peoples of the world
from high platforms and deliver historical speeches, they proudly emphasize the
Permanent Neutrality of our state, Turkmenistan. In the 2025 International Year
of Peace and Trust, the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Neutrality is
celebrated on a grand scale. Over the past 30 years, Turkmen Neutrality has
become an essential condition for strengthening peace and security in the
region. The policy of Neutrality also has a positive impact on Turkmenistan's
internal development. The diversification of our country's economy, the
improvement of the social sphere, and the enhancement of the people's
well-being are the direct results of a policy based on the principles of
Neutrality. Furthermore, great importance is attached to the development of
traditions and humanitarian principles inherited from our ancestors, the
creative potential of the Turkmen people, and national culture; cultural
diplomacy is viewed as a key component of state policy. Theaters, museums,
libraries, and cultural centers serve as proof of the flourishing Turkmen
culture and art. In our hearth of art, the Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan,
an exhibition titled "Peace and Trust – The Foundation of Neutrality"
was organized on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of our Permanent
Neutrality. Each work of art leaves a positive impression on viewers by
glorifying Turkmenistan's Neutrality, friendly and brotherly relations with the
nations of the world, peace, tranquility, and the culture of the Turkmen
people, while evoking feelings of love and pride for the Motherland. Permanent Neutrality is forever written in golden letters in the history of
the Turkmen people and has become a source of special pride for our nation.
Now, every year on December 12, International Day of Neutrality is celebrated
in our country with great festivities. This demonstrates the priceless and
sacred value of Neutrality for our people and our state. We sincerely
congratulate Hero Arkadag, Hero Arkadagly Serdar, and all the Turkmen people on
the glorious 30th anniversary of our Permanent Neutrality!
