A conversation was organized at the Museum of Fine Arts of Turkmenistan on the occasion of the upcoming Turkmen Carpet Day and Ashgabat City Day. The conversation was conducted by the host of the “Miras” TV channel, Merdan Madaliyev. The Turkmen Carpet Day, which is known as a sign of special respect for the national heritage of our people, carpet art, and skilled carpet weavers, is celebrated in honor of talented women who create beauty with their tireless labor. The leading specialist of the museum, Ayjemal Gatyyeva, spoke in detail about the elegance and beauty of the Turkmen carpet. She noted that the carpet products created with the skill of Turkmen women adorn the lives of our people.
